At KOVA, every leotard is designed with gymnasts in mind combining comfort, confidence and style for every athlete.

We carefully check and package each order before it leaves our studio, ensuring your KOVA piece arrives ready to be worn and loved.

DELIVERY

All KOVA orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and chosen postage method.

Please note that during new collection launches, promotional periods or peak holiday times, processing times may be slightly extended while we prepare your orders with care.

KOVA currently ships within Australia only.

FINDING YOUR PERFECT FIT

We want every gymnast to feel confident in their KOVA leotard.

Before ordering, we recommend checking our size guide carefully. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us and our team will be happy to help you choose the best fit.

EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the right size online can sometimes be tricky.

KOVA offers exchanges on eligible items that are returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, leotards must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, marks or pet hair
• Returned with all original tags attached

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note that KOVA does not offer refunds for change of mind.

RETURN INFORMATION

Before returning an item, please contact KOVA for approval and instructions.

For approved exchanges:

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• We recommend using tracked postage, as KOVA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Every KOVA leotard is created with care. If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your name and order number
• Details of the issue
• Photos showing the fault

We will review your request and work with you to find the best solution.

SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance and sample pieces are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty.

COLOUR VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display our colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device.
